WHISTLER, BC (October 10, 2025) – This fall, Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar invites guests to gather and indulge in the flavours of the season with a series of exceptional dining experiences, including a special Thanksgiving menu and three exclusive Cornucopia events in November.

Thanksgiving at Wild Blue – October 12 & 13

In celebration of Canadian Thanksgiving, Wild Blue will offer a refined holiday menu available exclusively on Sunday, October 12 and Monday, October 13. Executive Chef Alex Chen and the Wild Blue culinary team have created a three-course menu that highlights the bounty of the season and the comforting flavours of a traditional harvest feast.

The evening begins with a velvety butternut squash bisque finished with pumpkin seed oil, spiced maple Chantilly, and crispy sage. The main course features roasted turkey with mashed potatoes, chestnut brioche stuffing, glazed root vegetables, giblet madeira gravy, and cranberry sauce. To conclude, guests will enjoy Executive Pastry Chef Carl Sanchez’s decadent Sweet Potato Mont Blanc with figs and cranberry compote, biscoff feuilletine, sweet potato cheesecake and mousse, and pecan sponge — a modern take on a holiday classic.

Designed for friends and families to celebrate together in the warm and inviting setting of Wild Blue, the Thanksgiving menu promises a memorable holiday dining experience in Whistler.

Cornucopia Culinary Experiences – November 2025

As part of Cornucopia, Whistler’s annual fall food and drink festival, Wild Blue will host a trio of distinctive culinary experiences that celebrate the artistry of food, wine, and spirits:

  • Blue Grouse Estate Winery Dinner – Friday, November 7
    A coastal B.C. pairing that celebrates the best of Vancouver Island winemaking alongside Wild Blue’s culinary excellence.

  • The Dalmore After Dark – Saturday, November 8
    On Saturday, November 8, Wild Blue’s Wine Room transforms for The Dalmore After Dark, a decadent five-course dessert tasting menu by Executive Pastry Chef Carl Sanchez paired with exceptional single malts and cocktails from The Dalmore. Guests will savour rare pours including the 12-Year, 18-Year, 30-Year VORS Sherry, and Vintage 2009 15-Year.

  • Painted Rock Estate Winery Dinner – Saturday, November 15
    An elevated exploration of the Okanagan Valley’s acclaimed Painted Rock portfolio, paired with a multi-course menu inspired by the terroir and the artistry of Executive Chef Derek Bendig.
