Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar invites guests to an indulgent evening in the Wine Room for The Dalmore After Dark Experience
— a five-course dessert tasting menu crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Carl Sanchez and thoughtfully paired with rare
and exceptional Scotch whiskies from The Dalmore.
Each course will be complemented by a curated pour or cocktail, including the 12-Year in the welcome cocktail,
Vintage 2006 18-Year and 18-Year Principal with mignardises, Apostoles 30-Year VORS Sherry alongside the 15-Year,
and a Portwood cocktail before concluding with the Vintage 2009 15-Year.
