Long Table on Whistler Mountain
For the first time ever, Wild Blue takes its Long Table Dinner Series to the Valley View Deck at the Roundhouse Lodge atop Whistler Mountain. Accessible via the Whistler Village Gondola, guests will enjoy panoramic alpine views and an unforgettable dining experience high above Whistler.
Experience Includes:
Welcome reception beginning at 4:00 p.m.; upload Whistler Village Gondola at 3:30 p.m.
Reception features seasonal hand-crafted cocktails, Perrier-Jouët champagne, and canapés.
Four-course family-style menu created by Chef Alex Chen and Executive Chef Derek Bendig
Curated wine and beverage pairings

This year’s evening will feature a refined menu alongside an exclusive cocktail collaboration with Vancouver’s acclaimed The Keefer Bar, recently recognized as The Best Bar in Canada and No. 7 in North America by 50 Best Bars, bringing a distinctive energy to an already beloved tradition. Guests can expect inventive cocktail experiences inspired by one of the country's most celebrated bar programs.

Each evening begins with a cocktail reception featuring seasonal creations by Bar Manager Zack Lavoie and his award-winning team before guests gather at a communal long table for an immersive dining experience celebrating exceptional cuisine, conversation, and the spirit of shared dining.
Beverage pairings curated by Wine Director Benoit Nadeau will showcase premium wines alongside champagne from Perrier-Jouët.

Wild Blue is committed to supporting the local community. A portion of proceeds from the Long Table Dinner Series will once again be donated to the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation, helping support initiatives that strengthen and enrich the Sea to Sky community.
